Your races stay on your phone

Effective September 23, 2026

Starter's One to Go does not collect, share, or sell any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and the app never sends anything over the internet.

What the app stores

This policy covers Starter's One to Go for iPhone, iPad and Android. To do its job, the app saves a few things on your device:

Race setup: the lap count, race length, and track length you enter.
Race history: the lap times, total time, and date of each race you finish.
A race in progress: a temporary file that lets you resume a race if the app closes. It's deleted when the race is saved or ended.

All of this stays on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.

Deleting your data

In History, swipe a race to the left (iPhone and iPad) or tap Delete (Android) to remove it, or use Clear History to remove them all. Deleting the app removes everything it stored. If your phone is set to back up to iCloud or Google, those backups may include the app's data; they're handled by Apple or Google under your own account settings.

No internet connection

The app works entirely offline and has no servers of its own. On Android, it doesn't even request permission to use the internet.

The only way out is the Buy me a coffee link on the info screen. Tapping it opens buymeacoffee.com in your web browser, where that site's own privacy policy applies.

This website

startersonetogo.com is hosted on our own server. Like most web servers, it keeps standard access logs — IP address, the page requested, and browser type — to keep the server secure and fix problems. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Children

The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
